Submit an Annual Renewal

The Annual Renewal link is required once a year, The new link are opened to missionaries and ministries in early January and are due back by January 31st.

Financial Institution Update

If you need to update your financial institution information please send MEI office an email.

Submit a Newsletter Update

MEI needs to have continued updated information about your field work, including your current location.

*MEI must receive:

- One newsletter between January & March.

- One newsletter between April & June.

- One newsletter between July & September.

- One newsletter between October & December.

MEI does keep all of your newsletters on file. You are welcome to send more, if you like, as we love reading them.

We must have your information in an email as plain text, an attachment, or through a newsletter service like mail-chimp.

MEI can NOT accept hyperlinks to your blog, videos, Pages or Facebook page.

If you only use social media/blogging to update your supporters, family and friends, please screenshot your page updates and put it in an email to us.
