The Annual Renewal link is opened to missionaries and ministries in early January and are due back by the end of January for that calendar year.

Upload a Newsletter Directly to MEI.
Submit 1 per quarter.
Due to federal regulations in the United States of America, MEI needs to have continued updated information about your field work, including your current location. Add donate@meigiving.org to your newsletter emails or send us a copy at least four times per year.

***MEI must receive one newsletter between January and March.
***MEI must receive one newsletter between April and June.
***MEI must receive one newsletter between July and September.
***MEI must receive one newsletter between October and December.

We are required to keep all of your newsletters on file. You are welcome to send more, if you like, as we love reading them. MEI can NOT accept hyperlinks to your blog, videos, Pages or Facebook page. If you only use social media/blogging to update your supporters, family and friends, please screenshot your page updates and put it in an email to us. We must have your information in an email as plain text, an attachment, or through a newsletter service like mail-chimp.
