Turning 71
Jan 2025

Turning 71 this past June has made me think about how fast the years go by. I do try to practice, “This is the day the Lord has made, and I’ll rejoice in it.” We have the privilege of a personal relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the Three in One, every day. Jesus wants to be part of our everyday lives, so we must try to be sensitive to His daily promptings. This is the way to be happy in Jesus.
God has been good to MEI this year. We have added personnel, some part time, some full time. It’s been a privilege to be the president and watch all the goodness of God being poured out on the MEI associates and ministries. Can you believe one of our staff personnel jobs is to read quarterly newsletters, rejoice, and pray. He also shares with me your wonderful stories of victories and challenges. God has provided for the ministry and answered so many prayers. He has anointed the work of all of the MEI associates’ hands. Keep up the good work. He is a rewarder of those who are in His service.
2025 is a New Year. It’s a year in which God’s great exploits have not been seen yet. By faith, we listen and obey and see His handiwork. The Scripture challenges us to believe for greater works. The Spirit encourages us to keep faith alive and active until we see His answers and hear His instructions. It could be to be patient and wait, or a string of expectations. The answer comes and we rejoice in God’s faithfulness. He remains faithful even if we are faithless. I thank God that He is in control.
In 2025, God has given us (those in the US) an extension of grace to serve His purposes, whether it’s revival across the land, Godly and just decisions by our government, or just having a daily impact by obeying His promptings or standing in the gap in prayer for our neighbor, our nation, or calling for laborers to join the Harvest before the end of the Age.
Let’s do all we can together in 2025 to fulfill His purposes.
My wife Susie and I and the MEI Board are grateful for your work and sacrifice. We pray for you to have a blessed 2025.
In His service,
Andy
PS. Go ahead and share your heart and ministry activities with all your donors in some simple way…via text, FB post, or email. A little note or short phone call is always a blessing to the donors, especially the older ones. Be sure to give them an update on how to pray for and bless your ministry. Just include your MEI giving link (account number) and donation address.
