Count Me In

Is the Father waiting for you to say, “Jesus, count me in”?
Maybe He is. Changes on the earth DON’T get accomplished because He has NO one to say, “Jesus, count me in”. Can this be? Does He need us to pray, lift our hands, and volunteer to be the first to step up? Do we understand this as the way God relates to His people? Do we dare think that God’s will on earth is not accomplished because NO one is asking for His perfect will for today and better yet taking action? (Matt 6:10) Why does the scripture say, “I looked for a man to stand in the gap and found NO one”? (Ezek. 22:30) It’s true He needs you and me. God needs your attentive ear and obedience. This is relationship.

Is the Father in heaven looking throughout the earth searching for a man or women that is saying, “Jesus count me in”? Yes He is. Does He know you are dedicated, willing to move forward in taking the kingdom of God by force, actions, love and sacrifice? Let’s be those disciples, servants that are diligently waiting and listening.

Are you willing to say this with your gut and heart with unbashful actions of obedience in taking the gospel to the streets of America, and the hopeless places the world?
He’s waiting for a generation of bold young people to say, “Enough of this baloney on social media, FB deception, and fake news that has nothing to do with anything!” These media distractions bring a divisional rhetoric, a bashing of this generation to deception and emotional imprisonment.
Are you the one to declare the love of God, forgiveness of God, and His salvation bought by the blood of Jesus on the cross to this unbelieving generation? Let’s step up and say, “Jesus, count me in” to make a difference with our lives. The cross is the power of salvation to the lost. I Corinthians 1:18 “The word of the cross is to those who are perishing foolishness, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God” (1 Cor. 1:18)

Is the Lord waiting for You to say, “Jesus, count me in” because you have decided to dedicate your life to an unselfish lifestyle of caring, going outside your comfort zone and even suffering to bring the love of God to the masses. Maybe you’ll be living among the tribes, the poor, the unlovely and spreading the love of God through your hearts and hands. Maybe your money, even your life is a reasonable service. He is looking for these types of disciples.

You can stand up and volunteer to God, the Father, and His Son and say, “Yes, Lord here am I, send me. Please send me. I want my life to count for Your cause.” Have you convinced the Father in prayer and daily dedication that you are serious? Change me. Prepare me. Send me, that I might glorify your name.

HE is searching for some that will say, “Jesus, count me in” who mean it with all their hearts. Nothing is too great a sacrifice."
​
If you have counted the cost by laying down your future, your desires for fame or fortune, a soul mate, a fulfilling life of your dreams, then He will be speaking to you. He is searching to and fro throughout the earth for THOSE whose heart is completely His. “The eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His”. (II Chronicles 16:9)

“Jesus, count me in” is the cry of someone that has left the treasures of this world and put their eyes on the heavenly treasure hoping He will say, “Well done, good and faithful friend.”
​
Cry out today, “Jesus, count me in."
